My services for individuals in Manitoba include both in-person and telehealth therapy for individuals across the province. I also offer virtual and in-person group Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) sessions for people who are wanting wanting to heal from their trauma among peers who are experiencing similar symptoms.
I have dedicated my practice to provide a safe, non-judgmental, inclusive space for everyone. I have extensive experience working with individuals from the LGBTQ2S+ community and indigenous populations.

Break free from your trauma
Trauma can come from so many different situations and cause significant problems in our day to day functioning. Whether you have experienced your traumatic event(s) recently or have been dealing with it since you were a child, I want to help you break free from your trauma.
Need help with your mental health?
Help looks different for everyone. I have lots of experience supporting individuals with anxiety, depression or other various mental health symptoms, with or without a formal mental health diagnosis. My services include 1:1 individual therapy, as well as, couples counselling.
Get support after a sexual assault
If you're a survivor of sexual assault, I want you to know you are not alone. I have specialized training and experience providing support and advocacy to individuals who have survived sexual violence. I am here to help you with reducing your symptoms and to recover from your trauma.
